Description

On the date of 2-AUG-2012 at about 10-AM an armed robbery occurred on the Ruta Sur between Potrerillos and Volcan. Information provided indicates that the victim an employee of the Pepsi Cola Company from David was robbed at gun point by three unknown perpetrators described as Panamanian males approximately 30 y/o. The suspects each armed with a pistol over powered the victim robbing him of his cash receipts collected from his delivery route, this according to Officials from the Dolega PD.

According to Police the victim was not seriously injured however he was pulled from his vehicle moderately beaten then tied up and dumped on the side of the road before the suspects sped off in his company vehicle. The victim’s vehicle was later recovered abandon near Cuesta Piedra, no suspect information has been developed.
